Funds are only disbursed against documented instructions and are subject to independent audit.

We pull the registered title and cross-check National Land Agency records for encumbrances, caveats, and disputes.
We physically inspect the property and verify boundaries against the registered survey plan.
We trace ownership history and confirm every party with a legal interest in the property has been accounted for.
You receive a written report with a direct recommendation — proceed, proceed with conditions, or walk away.
