Five services. Clear pricing on four of them. No quote games, no vague "contact us."
We investigate who actually owns a property, and whether the title is clean, before you send a deposit. Roughly 40% of Jamaican land is unregistered — this is the step that protects you from buying a dispute.
We pull title, survey, and NLA records and inspect the property in person.
We cross-check ownership, boundaries, and encumbrances against what the seller has told you.
You receive a written report and a direct recommendation — including when to walk away.
Most reports are delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on how quickly NLA records can be retrieved and whether a physical survey is required.
No. We are not a law firm. Our report is a factual investigation; all legal conclusions and conveyancing are handled by an independent Jamaican-qualified attorney retained by you.
We tell you plainly. If a property carries meaningful title risk, our recommendation will say so — even if that means advising you not to proceed.
We represent your interests, not the seller's, from search to closing — negotiating price, coordinating viewings, and managing the transaction while you are abroad.
Attorney fees, stamp duty, transfer tax, and registration fees are separate and paid directly to the relevant parties. We will itemize these for your specific transaction before you commit.
For owners who are not in Jamaica day-to-day. We handle tenants, maintenance, and reporting so your property earns instead of sitting idle or deteriorating.
Building from abroad is where the most money disappears without supervision. We inspect, verify, and report at every stage so you know exactly what your money built.
Available to existing clients only. If you are already working with us on due diligence, a purchase, or construction oversight, ask your point of contact about financing options for your specific transaction.
